Founded by Lara Malcolm in 2004, the[meeting]people brings over three decades of experience in delivering professional, seamless, and memorable conferences. With more than 120 events and 20,000 delegates under our care, we’ve built a strong reputation for excellence valued by attendees, organisers, and industry partners alike. managing the[meeting]people have managed events across the scientific, academic, and professional sectors.

The landscape of conferences has significantly evolved since the global disruptions of 2020. While virtual and hybrid formats opened new ways to connect, face-to-face meetings have firmly re-established themselves as the preferred format for many. the[meeting]people has successfully delivered conferences across all these formats including virtual, hybrid, and in-person making sure we adapt to client needs and audience expectations.
