Lara Malcolm brings over 30 years of experience in conference and event management, with a strong track record across scientific, academic, and professional sectors. Since establishing the[meeting]people in 2004, Lara has worked closely with a wide range of clients to deliver outstanding meetings throughout Australia and New Zealand, across venues of all sizes and styles.

What sets Lara apart is her ability to combine strategic planning with creative energy. She thrives on the dynamic nature of the events industry and enjoys collaborating with a broad mix of people, industries, and ideas. Her enthusiasm for tailoring each event to meet unique goals is reflected in the long-standing relationships she maintains with clients and partners alike.

Lara holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of South Australia and is a passionate advocate for sustainable event practices.
